We had a big storm last week, with high gusts of winds. All of the trees were in their full autumn regalia, and I was afraid that the woodland skyline would be damaged badly. As it turned out, only one of my favourites was felled – but the day before I wandered round with my mobile phone camera, snapping away at some of the best colour, and best colour combinations, I’ve seen for years. Enjoy!
It’s also been an excellent year for mushrooms – this is what I had for supper tonight!
Now it’s windy again, with new trees down along the road – I hope my friends have all survived this blast too!
